Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential, commercial, and holiday properties
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists to maintain high standards
- Ensure kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and surfaces are spotless and sanitized
- Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism with clients
Must Have
- Experience in professional cleaning (residential, Airbnb, or commercial preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards
- Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work independently
- Good physical fitness (ability to lift and move cleaning equipment)
- Right to work in Australia
- Driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Nice to have
- Experience using eco-friendly or specialized cleaning products
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
